Activities and Therapy

Windsor Mission Oaks strives to stimulate the mind as well as the body by offering a wide variety of daily activities. Completing puzzles, participating in arts and crafts and playing bingo are just a few of the resident’s favorite activities. Participating in activities outside of the facility are equally important. Trips to Spurs games, going to the rodeo and shopping at Wal-Mart are some key outings.

We also understand that therapy is important to a body’s health. Unlike others who contract their therapists, Mission Oaks has an in-house therapy team. This means our residents see the same occupational, speech or physical therapists daily, which builds trust and rapport.

Come and See Our Nursing Home

At the Mission Oaks nursing home, education has always been a top priority. It is important to us that you and your family have the best knowledge available. Our staff can provide guidance in many situations, especially regarding Medicare and Medicaid, healthy senior aging and the admissions process.

Both Medicare and Medicaid certified, we also accept long-term care insurance and private pay. Let our highly trained team assist your family during this transition. Helping residents meet their maximum potential is why we are here.
